Please read carelfuly before arrival.
****Please wear layered, comfortable clothes as your temperature may fluctuate (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. You are free to lie down or sit for the activation. Chairs will also be available if required.
