About me — Your Trusted Guide
​Nearly six years ago, my marriage ended and the identity I had worn for decades dissolved. I was suddenly standing alone, raising two teenage boys, rebuilding my life from zero, and navigating heartbreak, fear, financial hardship and
the deep unraveling of who I thought I was.
That journey became my initiation. and the ground work for She Rises was laid.

I started to rebuild myself from the inside out- (it is an ongoing process)!
What I teach now is what I have lived:
how to find safety within, how to trust yourself again, and how to rise from the ashes of an ending
into a life that feels true.
My gift isn’t to fix you-you are not broken.
My gift is to hold a field where your own wisdom, power, and voice return.
I guide both men and women, but She Rises was born from my personal path, a space for women
moving through separation, rebirth, and the reclamation of self.
