**The Auditorium is the first building to your right as you enter the car park.

**Please wear comfortable clothes (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Some chairs will also be available if required.

These activations are quite unique and are more than just a guided meditation. Martina channels very pure and potent healing energies and holds you in her sacred portal which allows you access to deep healing and transformation.  Many participants comment afterwards that they can feel it in their body and that blocks they have haven't been able to release have shifted. These group gatherings are not only for your own individual healing and evolution but you are also contributing to the healing of humanity and the earth. When we come together as a collective group, magic happens and the energies are amplified. The energies are strong so please ensure you eat lightly beforehand and drink plenty of water.

As this is a very sacred space, I do ask that you keep talking to a minimum and remain still for some time after the healing to allow the energies to integrate and be processed. You may wish to leave immediatlely afterwards and that is perfectly ok. I will add you to a private FB group where you can share your experiences in your own time.

I do suggest you refrain from drinking alcohol or consumig stimulants afterwards and also to not overload your system with other healing modalities for the few days post activation, sometimes we can over do things and less is more. (example would be booking a retreat with sound helaing and other energy practises following the activation).

I've always loved meditation. Ever since I was a little girl, I've got fond memories of my grandma lying next to me in bed, guiding me through a beautiful beach scene with the waves touching our toes.
