You are guided to ground deeply into Mother Earth, receiving her nourishment, medicine and support before coming into your heart and connecting with the frequency of unconditional love.
 
From there, the healing expands beyond you.
 
We create a powerful field of love for ourselves, our loved ones, humanity and the Earth - working with the dragons and loving energies that came forward to help transmute fear, sadness, grief, pain and darkness and restore hope and faith.
 
And then the journey turns inward.
You are invited to rest.
To stop trying.
 
To imagine yourself held upon the softest cloud, completely supported, safe and at peace.
 
And from this place, you are invited to put down whatever you no longer wish to carry.

The fear.
