A powerful multidimensional healing journey to transmute guilt & shame back into love
 
Guilt and shame are some of the heaviest emotions we can carry. They can keep us trapped in self-punishment, self-judgement and self-abandonment, unable to move beyond who we have been, what we have done or what has happened before.
 
But this healing goes much deeper than our individual stories.
 
Within David R. Hawkins’ Map of Consciousness, guilt and shame sit among the lowest levels on his scale. When this healing came through, I was shown just how deeply these energies can be held — not only personally, but ancestrally and collectively — and that this journey needed to be powerful enough to meet them.
 
And powerful it is.
 
In this multidimensional journey, we work with Mother Earth and Father Sun, the elementals, dragons, the Sídhe and our ancestors. We travel through higher dimensions and through time, entering humanity’s Akashic Records and working with the energetic imprints of guilt, shame, fear, separation and the choices made from ego rather than love.
 
I was shown ancient civilisations and significant points across humanity’s story where these imprints were still being carried. What came through was something much bigger than simply clearing guilt and shame.
 
It was a mass invitation to choose love over fear.
 
Through the power of the Sun, the support of Mother Earth and the beings who accompany us, we work to transmute these heavier energies back into love — through our own lives, our ancestral lines and what I experience within the healing as our collective history.
 
We work with forgiveness, not as a way of denying what has happened or removing responsibility, but as a way of ending the cycle of continuing to punish ourselves for it.
 
We return to the heart.
 
To unconditional love.
 
To the remembrance that beneath everything we have experienced, everything we have been conditioned to believe and every way we have acted from pain, fear or separation, there is a deeper truth of who we are.
 
The journey then becomes an invitation to move forward differently.
 
To choose love.
To choose self-compassion.
To choose forgiveness.
To choose you.
 
As we return through the dimensions, you are invited to reconnect with the wisdom of your lineages and lifetimes, integrate more of yourself and lay down some of the weight you have been carrying.
 
Finally, you are invited to make a new commitment to yourself — a contract of love — and to step forward with greater courage, strength, wisdom and personal responsibility for the life you create.

emotional weight connected with the past
