Beginning with grounding into Mother Earth and connecting with a field of golden light, you are guided inward to create your own inner sanctuary: a sacred, safe space that exists entirely within you.
From here, you will choose an intention and explore the feeling beneath your desire. What would it feel like to already be supported? To be free? To feel abundant, loved, seen or safe?
Rather than waiting for your outer circumstances to change before allowing yourself to experience these feelings, this meditation guides you to access and embody them now.
Like tuning a radio to a particular frequency, you are invited to attune your energy to what you desire, remembering that the qualities you have been searching for have been available within you all along.
This meditation supports you to dissolve resistance, move beyond patterns of lack and scarcity, open yourself to receiving, and remember your inherent worthiness.
