How do I add a new question & answer?

To add a new FAQ follow these steps:

1. Click “Manage FAQs” button
2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers
3. Each question and answer should be added to a category
4. Save and publish.

Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Enter the app’s Settings
2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button
3. Select the question you would like to add media to
4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon
5. Add media from your library.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?

You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. 
If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

A: No live attendance is required. The remote healing is facilitated without a live call, and you’ll receive the recording to listen to in your own time. It’s designed for flexibility and ease.

Q: What if I miss a month or don’t listen to the healing right away?

A: The healing energy is encoded in the recording and will meet you when you’re ready. You can return to it anytime—you’ll still receive the full benefits when you listen later.

Q: Can I access previous healings if I join later?

A: You’ll have access to the current month’s healing and content. Past healings are available for purchase in the digital library—with your member discount of 50% off.

Q: How much time do I need to dedicate to the group each month?

A: Around one to two hours, it is totally up to you. There’s no need to commit to any specific times—you can move through the content at your own pace. The remote healing will be approximately 45 minutes, and I’ll share one to two pieces of video content each week, each between 10 and 15 minutes long. Everything is designed to be nourishing, not overwhelming, and to fit gently into your life.
