You are welcome and encouraged to arrive from 6.45pm to get settled and comfortable to begin at 7pm
****Please wear layered, comfortable clothes as your temperature may fluctuate (inc warm socks), and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and warm blanket. For this activation you will be seated. There is ample wall space to sit against or bring a low meditation chair if you have one, some chairs will be available if required.
