****Please wear layered, comfortable clothes as your temperature may fluctuate (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. You are free to lie down or sit for the activation. Chairs will also be available if required.

These activations are quite unique and not just a guided meditation. I channel very pure and potent healing energies. Many participants comment afterwards that they can feel it in their body.
