**We are Studio A at Elevate Studio Five Dock.

****Please wear layered, comfortable clothes as your temperature may fluctuate (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. You are free to lie down or sit for the activation. Chairs will also be available if required.

This activation is going to be special as it falls on the Autumn Equinox.

These activations are very unique and they are much more than a guided meditation. Martina channels very pure and potent healing energies. Many participants comment afterwards that they can feel it in their body. Every person's experience is different. Martina holds a very sacred and safe space for you to receive deep healing and transformation, not only for your own individual evolution and healing but it is her intention to ripple these healings out to humanity and the earth.
