**Please wear comfortable clothes (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket. Some chairs will also be available if required.
These activations are unique and are more than just a guided meditation. Martina channels very pure and potent healing energies and holds you in her sacred portal which allows you access to deep healing and transformation. Many participants comment afterwards that they can feel it in their body and that blocks they have haven't been able to release have shifted. These group gatherings are not only for your own individual healing and evolution but you are also contributing to the healing of humanity and the earth. When we come together as a collective group, magic happens and the energies are amplified. The energies are strong so please ensure you eat lightly beforehand and drink plenty of water.
