**Please wear comfortable clothes (inc warm socks for winter) and bring a water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and Warm blanket as your temperature may fluctuate and it’s important to be warm. Some spare yoga mats and bolsters are available for those who don’t have one and chairs will also be available if required. 🙏

We are being held at Sunny Souled Community Hall, enter through the gate and find the roller shutter (one on the left) it may be closed due to the cold, so knock if need be. I am usually setting up until 6.55pm so no need to arrive too early!
